This committee group has the following aims...

• To Promote
To promote and foster friendship and understanding between the people of the Inverness area in Scotland and those of Augsburg and district in Bavaria, Germany as well as La Baule in Brittany, France and St. Valery-en-Caux in Normandy, France.

• To Co-ordinate Visits
To actively encourage and co-ordinate visits by individuals and groups to and from the linked towns by both adults and young people.

• To Develop Mutual Understanding
To develop personal contacts and to broaden the mutual understanding of the cultural, recreational, educational and commercial activities of the linked towns.

• To Help Provide Grants
To help provide grants to groups traveling to our twin towns to foster links between organisations. Applications should be made at the address on the left. (Please allow three months in order that any application can be considered by the Committee).
